Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions, please read first the F.A.Q.

If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact us: support2@18closeup.com
we will do our best to give you an answer as soon as possible.

1. Is your content exclusive?
Yes, our HD, HDV & STD content is 100% exclusive, you will not find it anywhere else. Yet we also offer third party videos from our partner sites in the Bonus section.

2. Is there a download limit?
We are currently testing a new software to limit the downloads per user to 10GB/day (representing about 300GB/month!, which is reasonably close to no limit downloads except that it would keep us out of harm's way by preventing abuses).

3. Why is there no trial version?
This is related to the size of the HD video files (especially in 1920x1080 full HD resolution). As people tend to download 5000+ MB in the first 24 hours of their memberships, we would have been forced to offer a limited trial. Subscribers of such trials are only entitiled to a limited access of the members section! We believe that no one should support a site that engages in such practices. We also don't want to penalise the bandwidth of those who subscribed to a full membership.

4. I have an iPhone/iPad. Can I watch your videos with it?
Sure! Our videos are encoded for the iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch devices. You can either:

  • Stream the videos instantly! (a WiFi connection is recommended)
  • Save the videos on your device by downloading them for later viewing when you are offline. (see question 12 for how to proceed)

5. Why do you offer different types of memberships?
We have discontinued our HDV and STD memberships. Yet these formats are still available to download with an HD membership.

6. How will the charge appear on my credit card?
To protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly appear as CCBill.com on your credit card statement.

7. What format are the video clips in?
-Our HD, HDV and STD clips are encoded in the AVI format. AVI is the most common format for audio/video data and it offers the best performance for High Definition videos with bitrates as high as 8000Kbps.
-Our iPhone videos are encoded in M4V format. M4V videos can also be played back with the VLC media player on your Mac/PC. VLC is free and can be downloaded here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

8. What kind of video compression is used for HD AVI clips?
Our clips are encoded with the Windows Media Video-9 (FourCC: WMV3) codec. Windows Media Video High Definition (WMV HD) is the marketing name for High Definition videos encoded using Microsoft Windows Media Video-9 standard. This codec makes it possible to watch High Definition movies in 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080p) resolutions on modern personal computers running Microsoft Windows XP.

9. Can I watch the clips on my HDTV?
Of course, but you need a a Blu-Ray with a USB port (and of course a USB key), or a WMV-HD compatible DVD player. Besides being a popular codec for distributing video on the Internet, this codec is also used to distribute High Definition videos on standard DVDs in a format Microsoft has branded as WMV-HD. You can therefore burn our HD clips on any DVD and play it back in true HD on computers or compatible DVD players.

10. I can't play the videos. What's happening?
You may need to download the latest version of Windows Media Player. You can get the latest version of the player here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/

If you downloaded the latest version of Windows Media Player and still have no image or sound, then the problem may be related to some Windows Media Player components that are not working properly on your system. This problem has happened to a few of our members and was solved by playing our videos with the VLC media player. VLC is more stable and is by far a better player than Windows Media Player. You can download it here: http://www.videolan.org/. It is also available for MAC users.

11. I can't stream the video. What's happening?
Due to the high size of the video files it is not possible to stream the clips. It is highly recommended to save them on your hard drive. Right-click on the video link and select " Save Target As..." in the menu to download to your computer. Once saved, even high bitrate clips will play back smoothly regardless of your connection speed.

12. How can I install iPhone videos on my iPhone/iPad?
To install a video on your iPhone (or on your iPad/iPod Touch), right-click on the iPhone link and select " Save Target As..." in the menu to download to your computer. Once saved, launch iTunes and click on the Movies icon. You can either drag and drop the video in there or search it with the File menu. Click on your iPhone under DEVICES and select the Video Tab. Then Enable the Sync Movies option, and select the videos that you want to copy to your iPhone. Our HD iPhone Porn videos are in High Def!

13. What's the Recommended Configuration to play HDV/HD video?
There are many computer configurations capable of playing High Definition content. However, we recommend the following configuration :

Windows XP
Windows Media Player 9 Series
2.0 GHz processor or equivalent
384 MB of RAM
64 MB video card
16-bit sound card and Speakers

14. Are your clips DRM’d or can I keep them?
None of our clips have any DRM. You can keep them as long as you want but they are watermarked and copyrighted. Is is strictly forbidden to share or to copy them.

15. What's this site about?
This site is dedicated to the anatomy of beautiful teens. We're exploring their most intimate parts as they masturbate, with lots of close ups or extreme close ups. Our models, deeply examined by our professional HD cameras, will show you every details of their pussy and asshole, every orgasmic contractions when they masturbate, and the types of stimulations that can lead to more intense orgasms. You'll see, it's much more fun than sex education ;)
